1. Are all items original?

All items are guaranteed original unless stated otherwise.

2. What is the difference between this site and your Ebay? (which is linked at the bottom of this page)

On our Ebay you will find substantially more listings, primarily of lower priced items such as photos, ephemera and badges, don't forget to check out our 1000s of listings! On this website you will find the higher priced items, for cheaper prices than they are listed on Ebay for.

3. Do you offer refunds?

We operate under a standard 14 day return and refund policy meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund/return. In some cases the 14 day policy will not be valid, please see our Refund Policy for specifics.

After this time has elapsed, we still aim to provide refunds when a suitable reason is given. This may include:

  • The item has been lost in the post
  • The item has been damaged in the post
  • The item is not original (some information required)
  • The item is not as pictured or described

This may not include:

  • The buyer has decided they do not want it anymore
  • The buyer asserts it is unoriginal without giving any proof or reasoning
  • The buyer has found another item they like better
  • The buyer is abusive
  • The buyer claims the item has not arrived when tracking claims it has

4. Do you have further information about an item or more pictures?

If you have any questions about an item or need more information or pictures, please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact form or via our Instagram.

5. Do you ship internationally?

We aim to ship all items internationally when possible. However, due to local or national restrictions some items (including but not limited to bladed items or gas masks) will be not be available to all buyers. This is sadly, out of our control. Send us a message if you are unsure.

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their purchase adheres to local restrictions.

6. What about duty on international items?

The payment of any duty or customs fees is a responsibility that rests solely with the buyer. We are not responsible for any extra fees occurring from local customs laws.

7. Can I pay for more premium shippping?

We send all items from this store tracked as standard, if you would like your package by special or one day delivery please contact us.

8. Do you offer bulk shipping?

Yes we do, in theory it should be automatic at the checkout, but it can be a little temperamental, please get in contact if your shipping looks incorrect.

9. How quickly should I expect my item?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, although on some occasions this will not be possible. After dispatch the length of postage will depend on destination and carrier. The delivery time quoted at checkout is a guide and does not represent a guarantee.

10. Do you attend military fairs?

We attend most major military fairs in the UK, including
Malvern and Stoneleigh, although we rarely have a physical stall.

11. Are any of the items in the Articles section for sale?

Yes, sometimes, but these will be marked as such. For the most part these items are not for sale. We do however welcome any new information anyone can provide on them.

12. Do you offer items for sale or rental to production companies or museums?

We do, please contact us if you have an enquiry.

13. I'm looking for a specific item, but I can't find it on your store, can you help me source it?

First, it is always best to check our Ebay to see if the item you are looking for is listed on there, it has lots of smaller prices items such as photos, stable belts, maps, buttons and badges. If you can't find the item there either, send us a message and we can usually help you source it.

14. I have an item I need identifying or authenticating, can you help?

Of course, we are always happy to help with identifying or authenticating items, free of charge. Just send us some information and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively you can take a look at our articles section, where you can find useful reference information and links.

15. Do you support or condone any group, ideology or individual associated with certain historical artifacts on this site?

We do not condone or support any organisations, individuals or concepts that may be associated with specific items on this page. We stand against violence and hate whatever form they take and firmly condemn any group, ideology or individual which believes otherwise.
