Refund policy

14 Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and crucially undamaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at pat.noice@peaksmilitaria.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the item has been received undamaged back to us, then a full refund will be issued. You can always contact us for any return question at pat.noice@peaksmilitaria.com. 

Please note, the 14 day refund policy will not apply in cases where:

  • The buyer claims an item has not arrived when tracking claims it has
  • The buyer refuses to pay customs duties
  • The buyer is abusive
  • The buyer has damaged the item and/or refuses to send it back

Of course there are some circumstances such as being damaged or lost in the post where a return will not be possible. In these exceptional circumstances a refund will be granted without the return of the item. In this circumstance we urge the buyer to message us and provide any detail or evidence clearly and quickly so an insurance claim can be made. 

After the 14 Day Period 

We do still accept returns after the 14 day window when a suitable reason is given. This may include 

  • The item is not original (some proof or reasoning required)
  • The item is not as pictured or described

This may not include:

  • The buyer asserts it is unoriginal without giving any proof or reasoning
  • The buyer has found another item they like better
  • The buyer no longer wants the item
  • The buyer is abusive

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
