Rare KUK Austro-Hungarian Empire Civil Service (4th Level) Dress Bicorne

Body covered with black mohair, edged on silk

With gold brocade decoration secured by a gilt brass KUK button

Beautiful gold bullion wire KUK 2 headed eagle decorations at either end

Lovely silk lining inside.

With makers mark for H Blazingig of Wien (Vienna).

In generally very good condition - the button is loose but could be easily re-sown. Slight damage to the sweatband inside.

The bicorne probably dates from the late 19th century or very early part of the 20th century, pre WW1.
