Pre First World War O/R's full dress tunic badged to the Royal Sussex Regiment, blue facings of a 'Royal' regiment cuffs and bottom of collar with white piping, Kings Crown General Service buttons throughout, Royal Sussex Regiment collar badges and shoulder titles in gilding metal,
White blanket lining, remains of Royal Army Clothing Factory label to interior, with pre WW1 RACF stamp of a broad arrow flanked by the letters 'WD' over the letter 'D', while the date on the label is unreadable the 'pointed' shoulder straps, and white piping at the bottom of the collar indicates this tunic to date from 1913-1914.
