Rare Original Victorian Lancers Other Ranks Pill Box hat & Chinstrap

Dark blue cloth and yellow piping to the side and top, with vertical piping on the side denoting Lancers.

This pattern was worn by the 5th, 16th and 21st Lancers.

Leather chinstrap fully in place.

With oilskin and cotton liner

Named on the sweatband.

Condition is very good - just a small amount of nothing to the top bobble.

Size is relatively large - approx 56

Other Ranks pill box hats are very hard in any condition
