A beautiful and rare WW1 Imperial German (Saxony) visor cap for a pioneer/artillery officer, with its original makers Box.
With original officer’s national and Saxony state cockades.
The box is marked Otto Dittmann, Dresden.
Condition generally very good - no mothing at all - inner sweatband has some curling / damage and there is stain / patch of some deposit on the top which could likely be sympathetically removed.
