These helmets were used from 1923 onwards all the way to the end of WW2, so are hard to date. This example does not feature the 1940/42 applied three crown decals, so could be inter war rather than WW2. However, the helmet does feature several layers of paint so its unclear if the decals are covered by these.
It retains its original leather liner with pads and chinstrap.
