Operation Sealion ‘Objektbilder’ Planning Document for South Wales
Fascinating WW2 German Operation Sealion, objektbilder planning document for South Wales. This booklet was produced by the German army in preparation for the proposed invasion of the UK (Operation Sealion), focusing on infrastructure targets in the south of Wales , which then became targets for bombing rather than invasion (as these documents were revised as the war progressed). This edition, dated November 1941, has been used for bombing targets, although is still fascinating as a study of Operation Sealion.
