Rare Edwardian Pre WW1 3rd Hussars Officers 1888 pattern Busby With tall White Feather Plume.

Black sable fur busby made by Hamburger & Rogers with garter

blue bag having gilt braid and gimp button.

Beautiful White over white feather plume with gilt ring and plume holder - all correct for the 3rd Hussars.

Gilt oval cockade and triple cap lines.

The corded chin chain is original and backed with scarlet leather, but is not correct pattern for this busby.

In generally very good condition, but lining silk is mostly missing.

Supplied with gold rope cords though these are new.

Size is quite large, approx 58-59 cm
