Rare Original WW2 British ‘Brodie’ Factory Workers Helmet - Sunblem Battery

Civil helmet stamped with 3 holes on each side, though the helmet is heavy.

Small oval decal bearing a BB logo and Battery Sunblem  which is thought to be a brand name.

With original WW2 chinstrap

The shell has a maker stamp  for JSS (Joseph Sankey & Sons Ltd of Bilston) and is dated 1941

Liner is dated 1940

Liner size is marked as 6 & 3/4
