A Victorian King's Royal Rifle Corps officer's frogged jacket and trousers.
Chest Size approx 35-36 inches. Slim fitting. Armpit to armpit measurement is 18.5 inches. Armpit to cuff is 20 inches
Jacket Condition - 2 small moth holes near the collar and one of the front toggle buttons is losing its fabric covering. So generally in good condition.
Trousers/overalls are thick black wool and with broad greenish stripe. All buttons present for fly and braces.
A seam requires repair just below the fly (pictured). The trousers have a distinct fade line halfway up them (shown in the pictures - this is not a shadow but fading) plus there are some hardened deposits on the leg though it should be possible to remove these with care.
Waist is small, possibly around 26 inches 11 - measure 15 inches across when laid flat. Inside leg 32 inches.
