An incredibly rare WW2 fountain pen dagger designed by MI9 for use in the SOE (Special Operations Executive) and OSS (Office of Strategic Services). Some of these pens were also shipped by MI9 to POW camps to aid escape and evasion.
These pens appeared as normal fountain pens from the outside, but when the lid is unscrewed, a deadly dagger is revealed. The blade is around 2.5 inches (measured from the lid) and is slightly beveled. The pen is makers marked for Sheaffer USA.
The blade itself is rusted towards the tip but is could be sympathetically restored.
