Fantastic fully original WW1/Interwar US National Guard Artillery soldier Full Uniform Webbing Equipment Helmet Hat Set

The set consists of

- WW1 tunic with National Guard and F company Artillery collar badges, a 1st Army Fabric Shoulder Title patch, an AEF Honourable Discharge chevron and a single Overseas Service Chevron denoting 6 months service. The tunic is in very good condition with one moth hole on the back and 2 very small ones on the front. All buttons present.No name or stamps inside.Measures approx 37-38 chest,  19 inches from armpit to armpit and 18 inches from armpit to cuff.

- WW1 green woollen breeches with  lace up ankles, laces still present. No name or stamps within. One button missing from the fly. Small patch of moth holes on the front.Measuring 15 inches across when laid flat - approx 29-30 inch waist. Inside leg measures 27 inches

- Campaign Hat size 6 & 3/4, with leather chinstrap

- Interwar (M1917A1) Kelly Helmet, size 6 stamped NC Co and stamped A1046 on the liner.

- Hobnailed Trench Boots, approx UK size 8.5-9

- Canvas Gaiters, size 3, stamped Rosenwasser Bros and 8 Sept 1918.

- Haversack stamped US and also R.I.A 1918, with canvas mess tin pouch stamped Canvas Products Co. Nov 1918

- original wool blanket inside the Haversack - no markings on it, some small holes.

- Entrenching spade/ tool stamped US and in a cover stamped N.B. CO. 1917 and also crossed rifles with 133 above and E below. Also stamped US.

- Mess "Meat" tin (with pouch above)

- 3 items of Cutlery all stamped US

- M1910 magazine belt  with full webbing straps - the belt stamped MILLS Oct 1917 in one pouch on each side, and with metal fasteners stamped MILLS

- small hanging pouch stamped OMO 1917 containing Carlisle Pattern First Aid Packet tin with contents - a bandage and an empty sulpher packet.

- Early production CEM gas mask with yellow filter, size 3, in original bag which is stamped with a number

- Aluminium water bottle dated 1942, in undated cover stamped US

- wooden poison gas warning rattle

The grouping is not to one soldier and was likely assembled as a display piece. However, this is a rare chance to obtain a near complete all original WW1/interwar American uniform group.
