Original Victorian Highland Light Infantry HLI Lieutenant's dress Shell Jacket

Jacket has yellow collar and cuffs facings.

With single star rank pip which denotes a Lieutanant in the Victorian era.

Sizeable gold rope shoulder boards with Victorian HLI buttons securing them.

Jacket not designed with any fastenings - presumably would have been worn over a waistcoat.

Cuffs have lovely gold bullion rope knots.

Lovely satin quilted lining.

Chest Size is very small  approx 32  inches. Armpit to armpit measurement is 16 inches.  Armpit to cuff is 19  inches

Jacket Condition is near excellent with only one light moth trail.
