Rare Original WW1 era British Royal Marines Blue No. 1 Jacket - to a marine with WW1 medals and who later moved into the Royal Fleet Reserve
Made from a thick heavy blue wool and with a stand up collar
Royal Marines brass collar badges together with brass R for Reserve collar badges
Brass RM shoulder titles on each shoulder
Fabric medal bar containing the WW1 trio of medals plus the Royal Fleet Reserve Long Service & Good Conduct medal.
The left sleeve has red Good Conduct stripes.
The Jacket has Kings Crown Royal Marines Infantry buttons throughout - all present.
The jacket is un-named.
There is an inspection stamp inside which appears to be dated 1915 or 1925 but the date is hard to read fully.
Jacket condition is excellent with no mothing.
Chest Size is approx 41 inches. Armpit to armpit measurement is 21 inches. Armpit to cuff is 20 inches.
