A lovely WW2 British Army Lieutenant’s Royal Engineers jacket dated 1940
All Royal Engineers KC brass buttons present
With RE dark metal collar badges, waist belt and brass buckle as well as rank pips for a Lieutenant.
Makers label for J G Plumb & Son.
Named to 2nd Lieut R A Cook
In generally good condition - no mothing but there is a small hole under one armpit, some wear to one of the pockets and pilling of the fabric. One bottom corner is frayed on the inside.
